      We are a local auctioneer company based out of Perham, ME that was formed in 2023.  We offer items for sale that we buy in bulk and consignments from many people in the area.  We are willing to help you with estates, real estate, vehicles, antiques, tools, equipment, and many other items.  

     Wade first started with auctions when he was a teenager as a runner for Dobbs Auction, a job he got from his mother who used to hand fill out all the auction sale slips.  He attended every auction he could with his Mother and Grandfather growing up, his passion for always trying to find a good deal had him buying anything he could find that he could make a profit on, a trait he shared with both of them. Ashlee's father also worked at the same auction company and fate would have it that they would meet again later in life.

    Wade grew up in a self-employed family that had their hands in many different aspects, they had a farm, a construction company, a logging company, a maple syrup company and a real estate company.  He currently still runs a small farm with his girlfriend Ashlee, along with working as a Financial Analyst and dabbling in real estate.  This variety has given him knowledge of many different aspects of local markets and trends.
